Shipping Methods and Cost
It depends on the country and courier company. Our company offers shipping to Hungary, EU countries, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, United Kingdom and all other countries outside of Europe.
All orders are processed in HUF. While the content can be displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using HUF at the most current exchange rate.
Shipping in Hungary
In Hungary you can choose from 3 courier companies (MPL, DPD, Packeta) and 2 shipping options (door-to-door or pick-up point delivery). You can also choose First Class Mail option in case of some products, but please note that we cannot provide tracking service and gift box for this shipping option.

Shipping in EU and UK
In other countries DPD is the solely courier company who offers door-to-door and pick-up points delivery. In some countries the pick-up point delivery is not available (Bosnia-Herzegovina, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, United Kingdom). You can also choose First Class Mail option in case of some products, but please note that we cannot provide tracking service and gift box for this shipping option.
The shipping cost does not include the customs clearance fees for Bosnia-Herzegovina, United Kingdom, Serbia, Switzerland and Norway.

Shipping outside of EU
In the countries outside of EU the only shipping option currently is First Class Mail shipping. As this shipping service limits what products can be sent, not all products are available outside of EU. Please note that we cannot provide tracking service and gift box for this shipping option.

Payment options
- Bank card - The fastest, easiest way. After finalizing the order, you can securely pay the purchase price.
- Cash on Delivery - Depending on the chosen delivery method, you can pay by bank card or cash at the courier, parcel point, or vending machine.
- PayPal - Similar to the Bank card via Stripe payment method. After finalizing the order, you can securely pay the purchase price on the PayPal interface.
- Bank transfer - After ordering, you will receive the data and bank account number required for the transfer by email. Your order will be prepared after receiving the amount.
Order processing
We can ship most orders within 1-5 business days. During the holidays or if the number of orders is higher than usual, this period may be longer. Transit time depends on the selected shipping method and location.
We will send you email notifications on the status of your order. If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. If we haven't packed your order yet, we can update it.
