Since our products are custom-made and handmade on request, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the product is finished. You have the option to cancel your order before production begins. Once we have started preparing your order, it cannot be canceled for a refund. We encourage you to reach out to our customer service team should you have any inquiries regarding the returnability of your specific order. Our goal is to provide clarity and support throughout your shopping experience.

Damages and issues
In the rare event that your order does not meet the high standards we uphold, we encourage you to contact us immediately. Please prepare a picture about the damaged products and send us along with the Order number and Product name. Our dedicated team is committed to rectifying any issues, whether it be a damaged item or an incorrect order. Your satisfaction is paramount, and we will work diligently to ensure that your experience with Handcrafted Memory is nothing short of exceptional.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
