Ordering from Handcrafted Memory is simple and stress-free. Here’s how it works:

    Explore our cozy, whimsical collection of bookish goods, stationery, and handmade treasures. Select your favorite items or subscription boxes.
  2. Personalize (if applicable)
    For custom products like photo magnets, upload your images or choose your preferred layout and finish—matte or laminated (traditional bookmarks).
  3. Add to Car
    Once you’ve made your selections, add them to your cart and review your order.
  4. Checkout Securely
    Enter your shipping details and complete payment through our secure checkout system.
  5. Sit Back & Smile
    We’ll lovingly prepare your order and ship it straight to your door. You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking info once it’s on its way.

What is the expected delivery time for my order?

We understand that anticipation is part of the joy of receiving a beautifully crafted item. Typically, our orders are processed within 1-3 business days, followed by shipping times that vary based on your location. In Hungary, your order will typically arrive within 1-3 working days from dispatch. For international deliveries, expect it to take around 5 working days. We strive to ensure that your custom photo magnets arrive promptly, allowing you to share your memories with loved ones without delay.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the rare event that your order does not meet the high standards we uphold, we encourage you to contact us immediately. Please prepare a picture about the damaged products and send us along with the Order number and Product name. Our dedicated team is committed to rectifying any issues, whether it be a damaged item or an incorrect order. Your satisfaction is paramount, and we will work diligently to ensure that your experience with Handcrafted Memory is nothing short of exceptional.

Can I return or exchange my purchased products?

Since our products are custom-made and handmade on request, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the product is finished. You have the option to cancel your order before production begins. Once we have started preparing your order, it cannot be canceled for a refund. We encourage you to reach out to our customer service team should you have any inquiries regarding the returnability of your specific order. Our goal is to provide clarity and support throughout your shopping experience.

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on the country and courier company. Our company offers shipping to Hungary, EU countries (except Cyprus, Malta), Bosnia-Herzegovina, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, United Kingdom. 

All orders are processed in HUF. While the content can be displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using HUF at the most current exchange rate.

In Hungary you can choose from 3 courier company (MPL, DPD, Packeta) and 2 shipping options (door-to-door or pick-up point delivery). 

In other countries DPD is the solely courier company who offers door-to-door and pick-up points delivery. In some countries the pick-up point delivery is not available (Bosnia-Herzegovina, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Serbia, Switzerland, United Kingdom). 

The shipping cost includes the customs clearance fees for Bosnia-Herzegovina, United Kingdom, Serbia, Switzerland and Norway.

You can also choose First Class Mail option in case of some products, but please note that we cannot provide tracking service and gift box for this shipping option.

What payment methods are available?

You can choose from the below 4 payment methods.

  • Bank card - The fastest, easiest way. After finalizing the order, you can securely pay the purchase price.
  • Cash on Delivery - Depending on the chosen delivery method, you can pay by bank card or cash at the courier, parcel point, or vending machine.
  • PayPal - Similar to the Bank card via Stripe payment method. After finalizing the order, you can securely pay the purchase price on the PayPal interface.
  • Bank transfer - After ordering, you will receive the data and bank account number required for the transfer by email. Your order will be prepared after receiving the amount.

Can I order larger quantities?
