How can I order my selected subscription?
Ordering from Handcrafted Memory is simple and stress-free. Here’s how it works:

Explore our cozy, whimsical collection of bookish goods, stationery, and handmade treasures. Select your favorite items or subscription boxes. - Personalize (if applicable)
For custom products like photo magnets, upload your images or choose your preferred layout and finish—matte or laminated (traditional bookmarks). - Choose between One-time Purchase and Subscription options
If you choose the Subscription option, you will receive discounts for every order (5-10%) - Add to Car
Once you’ve made your selections, add them to your cart and review your order. - Checkout Securely
Enter your shipping details and complete payment through our secure checkout system. - Sit Back & Smile
We’ll lovingly prepare your order and ship it straight to your door. You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking info once it’s on its way (in case of Quarterly Handcrafted Memory Boxes, the other subscriptions will be shipped via First Class mail with no tracking).

Could you please provide details about Monthly Bookmark Club?
How it Works:
- Your monthly bookmark club package will ship out the week of the 10th of each month
- It will be shipped via first class mail with a printable letter label so there will be no tracking.
- The next month's theme will be announced on the 22nd of each month, and you have until the 6th to sign up for that month's bookmark club package
- You have the option to either purchase the monthly bookmark club as a one time purchase, or you can subscribe to automatically be billed monthly and save 5% as a subscriber
- As a subscriber, your subscription will renew on the 25th of each month
Important Dates
- On the 22nd of each month, the next month's theme will be announced on social media
- The deadline to order is the 6th (ex: If you want February's monthly bookmark club, you would need to purchase it by the cutoff date of February 6th)
- If you are a subscriber, your subscription is locked in and automatically renewed on the 25th
- All monthly bookmark club packages will ship out the week of the 10th of each month

Could you please provide details about Quarterly Handcrafted Memory Box?
Shipping & Billing Information:
- You will be billed quarterly as a subscriber on the 1st of the following months: January, April, July and October.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your box ships so you can track it as your happy mail makes its way to you!
- When you sign up for a subscription, your renewal will be processed automatically on the 1st of each month of every quarter.
- If you cancel after a renewal has been processed, that quarter's order will still be fulfilled and shipped as scheduled. Cancellations will apply to future renewals and do not cancel orders that have already been placed.
What's in the Handcrafted Memory Box?
- Every box is guaranteed to have an A5 notebook, big notepad and bookmark plus 2-3 other products which will change every quarter. This can include stationery, accessories, home goods, decor and much more.
About the Box:
- Every quarter will be a different theme with colorful and whimsical designs for readers and the box will be filled with the cutest bookish merch!
- Products/designs in all boxes are exclusive to the box and most of them will not be available in my store, but some items could become a permanent edition to my store though!

Could you please provide details about Half-yearly Magnets Box?
How it Works?
- Half-yearly you will receive 12 magnets made from your photos (4 square, 4 heart and 4 rectangle photo magnets)
- You will receive a notification 5 days befor your renewal - please make sure you send us the 12 photos (indicating which one will be for square, heart and rectangle)
- If you won't send us the photos after you receive the renewal notification, we will contact you via e-mail or phone to request the photos for your package
- We will ship your magnets as soon as they are ready but no later than the week of 10th
What's in the Half-yearly Magnets Box?
Every box is guaranteed to have
- 4 square photo magnets
- 4 heart photo magnets
- 4 rectangle photo magnets
All magnets are made from your own photos.
Shipping and Billing Information:
- You will be billed half-yearly as a subscriber on the 1st of the months (twice per year - the actual months will depend on when your subscription starts)
- You will receive a notification 5 days before we charge your card for the next half-yearly magnet box
- When you sign up for a subscription, your renewal will be processed automatically on the 1st of each month of every half-year.
- If you cancel after a renewal has been processed, that half-year's order will still be fulfilled and shipped as scheduled.
- Cancellations will apply to future renewals and do not cancel orders that have already been placed.
Other Important Information:
- If you order other products with this half-yearly subscription box listing, those will ship by themselves sooner within my normal current processing time (1-5 business days)
- The half-yearly subscription box will ship out by itself
- Subscription Boxes have their own shipping costs. If you add a subscription box to your cart, shipping will be calculated separately at checkout based on location.

How much does shipping cost and what payment options I have?
- The Monthly Bookmark Club, Monthly Sticker Club and Half-yearly Magnets Box will be sent by First Class Mail. Please note that there won't be any tracking number and gift boxes included in these subscription shipments
- The Quarterly Handcrafted Memory Boxes will be sent by DPD courier company with tracking and gift box
- For the shipping dates please check the previous points
- All orders are processed in HUF. While the content can be displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using HUF at the most current exchange rate.
- The Subscription products can be purchased only via credit card or PayPal if the renewal option is chosen
- In case of a single purchase bank transfer can be also an option for payment

What should I do if I didn't receive my subscription?
- The Monthly Bookmark Club, Monthly Sticker Clubb and Half-yearly Magnets Box will sent via First Class Mail with no tracking
- In Hungary, the package should arrive in 1-3 business days
- Outside of Hungary, the package should arrive in 3-5 business days except Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway and Bosnia & Herzegovina where the shipping time is 3-8 business days
- The orders will be shipped after 10th
- If you don't receive your orders by 25th of the month, please contact us at info@handcraftedmemory.com immediately

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
In the rare event that your order does not meet the high standards we uphold, we encourage you to contact us immediately. Please prepare a picture about the damaged products and send us along with the Order number and Product name. Our dedicated team is committed to rectifying any issues, whether it be a damaged item or an incorrect order. Your satisfaction is paramount, and we will work diligently to ensure that your experience with Handcrafted Memory is nothing short of exceptional.
Can I return or exchange my subscribed products?
Since our products are custom-made and handmade by request, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the product is finished. You have the option to cancel your order before production begins. Once we have started preparing your order, it cannot be canceled for a refund. We encourage you to reach out to our customer service team should you have any inquiries regarding the returnability of your specific order. Our goal is to provide clarity and support throughout your shopping experience.
